Custom binders manufacturer

For over 30 years, we have specialized in the production of custom binders. We produce binders on automatic production lines of the Hoerauf and Hang brands. We use only certified raw materials (FSC) for production. The cardboard used to produce custom binders is smoothed on both sides, which has a positive effect on the aesthetics. We can print on binders using the Hot Stamping, Embossing or traditional offset method. We equip binders with double-ring, four-ring or lever mechanisms. Additionally, we offer numerous accessories such as PVC pockets, pen holders, pen drives, eyelets, clips.

We also produce custom binders with the option of closing with a magnet, rubber or snaps. The production of binders is covered by a quality guarantee program - 12 months. This proves the quality of binders with print made by MILO and the reliability of the company.

We produce personalized lever arch files with a logo print. We equip the files with a strong lever mechanism and optionally with rado eyelets, a ring on the spine and pockets. We can also mount reinforcing rails on the edges.

Thanks to automatic lines for the production of files, we are able to make small print runs and over 1 million pieces.

Accessories and refinements

To enrich our offer, we propose a wide range of accessories for our products, including various types of ring and lever mechanisms. Additionally, there is a possibility of personalization by painting in any color from the RAL palette or using mechanisms with a plastic, colored base. The offer of mechanisms also includes clips with teeth, clips with a pen holder and clamps for ring mechanisms.

On request, our products can be subjected to additional refinement processes, such as calendering, selective UV varnishing, embossing, hot-stamping or application of structural foil. These effects not only improve the aesthetics of the products, but also provide additional protection against damage and dirt.
