Sample books with foam

Foam sample books are an ideal solution for the flooring, ceramic tile and profile manufacturing industry. The MILO Group uses high-quality, high-density foams and other FCS-certified raw materials to produce sample books. Our designers can design a sample book based on the samples provided, and then create a final prototype. This allows us to avoid many production errors.

Foam sample books are made in the form of suitcases with a handle, books or magnetic boxes with foam. Sample books with a foam frame are ideal for presenting ceramic tiles, floors or profiles. Foam for samples is cut using a laser or presses. Our consultants can design foam that is ideally suited to the sample. When producing sample books, we use elegant and durable finishes such as hot stamping, non-scratch foils and decorative veneers. Fabric and window blinds samples

We usually produce fabric sample books for the automotive and furniture industries. These are usually fabric samples equipped with a metal hook and plastic or metal snaps or screws. The cover is made of stiff cardboard, and the print is made using the hot stamping method with embossing or in the form of traditional offset.

We produce roller blind sample books in the form of binders equipped with two strong metal mechanisms. Additionally, we use strong leather or suitcase handles, closed with magnets or snaps.

The covers of the sample books are made of thick bookbinding cardboard, which guarantees high durability of the sample. We also produce roller blind sample books in book or fan form. We provide a 12-month quality guarantee for all roller blind and pleat sample books.
